Planning Responsibilities: 

• Daily Constraints Study and Reporting: Analyze and report on daily constraints faced during project execution through team channels or email communication. 

• Weekly Summary of Constraints: Provide a weekly summary of identified constraints, along with potential solutions and action plans via email. 

• Daily Project Tracking: Track project progress daily using Primavera or other defined planning tools, ensuring alignment with project schedules. 

• Support for Quarterly Plans: Assist in preparing and supporting quarterly plans, considering project milestones and objectives. 

• Support for Monthly Plans: Collaborate with the planning team to develop and support monthly plans, ensuring project timelines are met. 

• Help with Bi-Weekly Plans: Provide assistance to the site team in preparing bi-weekly plans to streamline project activities. 

• Weekly Plan Review: Review and assess the weekly plans submitted by each department, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project objectives. 

• Project Schedule Preparation: Assist in preparing project schedules, incorporating key activities, resources, and timeframes. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Additional certifications in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO, ASQ) are a plus. 

• Proven experience as a QAQC Engineer or a similar role in a relevant industry. 

• Strong understanding of quality control procedures, standards, and regulations. 

• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools. 

• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. 

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work. 

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Technical Drawing Development: You will interpret design specifications and calculations to create precise technical drawings for each project.

· CAD and 3D Modeling: You will use advanced CAD systems and 3D modeling tools to create accurate sketches and finalize technical plans that meet project specifications.

· Project Team Collaboration: You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all essential details and insights are incorporated into the drawings.
