Digital Marketing and Content Strategist

The Role

The Jr. Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, content strategies, social media campaigns, and website growth initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires creativity, communication skills, and an understanding of digital platforms to support lead generation and overall business growth.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing, content writing, or related roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to create engaging and persuasive content
• Basic understanding of SEO, website management, and social media marketing
• Familiarity with WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing tools is preferred
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to feedback and changing requirements

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, brochures, flyers, and marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing platforms
• Plan and execute campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Google Ads platforms
• Coordinate and manage social media activities according to the marketing calendar
• Support audience growth and engagement through strategic content and interactions
• Coordinate website updates, analyze website performance, and implement SEO strategies using WordPress and analytics tools
• Assist in email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain audience engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams during brainstorming and campaign planning sessions
• Support award submissions, branding initiatives, and other marketing activities
• Stay updated on market trends, digital strategies, and audience preferences

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
