The Role:

We are looking for a Production Manager – R&D to oversee industrial production processes, particularly in battery pack manufacturing. This role involves managing the complete production lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, quality, and smooth team operations.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in production or manufacturing roles

  • Strong understanding of production planning and workflow management

  • Ability to lead teams and manage operations efficiently

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full production cycle from planning to completion

  • Develop and manage production schedules and resource allocation

  • Apply expertise in battery pack assembly and production processes

  • Support design and analysis using materials and manufacturing knowledge

  • Coordinate with vendors and procurement for material availability

  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

  • Identify and implement process improvements

  • Lead, train, and supervise the production team

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools

  • Hands-on experience in prototyping, testing, and validation

  • Understanding of DFM, DFA, and product development cycles

  • Knowledge of ISO, IEC, and industry safety standards

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Exposure to advanced manufacturing technologies and innovation
