The Role:

We are looking for a Naval Architect – Vessel Performance Analyst to support performance monitoring and optimization of vessel operations. This role focuses on data-driven insights, system development, and improving operational efficiency to support digitalization and sustainability goals.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture (mandatory)

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • Strong understanding of vessel design and hydrodynamics

  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI

  • Knowledge of SQL and data handling

  • Familiarity with Python or R (preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support vessel performance monitoring and optimization projects

  • Provide data-driven insights for performance improvement

  • Develop and maintain performance monitoring systems

  • Build dashboards for real-time tracking using Power BI and Excel

  • Monitor fleet performance for operational and financial efficiency

  • Support digitalization and sustainability initiatives

  • Analyze performance data using naval architecture principles

  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams

  • Address client feedback with practical solutions

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills

  • Ability to manage and analyze complex datasets

  • Experience with databases and SQL queries

  • Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
