The Role:

We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to support the design and development of marine products. This role involves collaborating with teams, creating design solutions, and contributing to product development from concept to production.

What we are looking for:

  • Basic experience in product design or related field

  • Proficiency in Fusion 360 for design and rendering

  • Strong understanding of design principles and materials

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet product goals

  • Develop and refine product designs based on feedback

  • Conduct feasibility studies for new design concepts

  • Prepare detailed design documentation

  • Source materials and components for production

  • Participate in prototype development and evaluation

  • Support design reviews and contribute insights

  • Coordinate with project teams to align with business objectives

  • Assist production teams during the build phase

  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Fusion 360 and design tools

  • Understanding of product design and development processes

  • Ability to create high-quality renders and design outputs

  • Strong attention to detail and design accuracy

  • Good teamwork and communication skills
