The Role:

We are looking for a Junior Naval Architect to support the design, development, and analysis of marine vessels and structures. This role involves working on vessel design, feasibility studies, and project execution from concept to delivery.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Naval Architecture or related field

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience

  • Good technical knowledge of vessel design and marine engineering

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing ships, boats, and marine components

  • Support feasibility studies and project requirement analysis

  • Contribute to planning and execution of vessel build processes

  • Provide technical support for concept design, refits, and conversions

  • Conduct risk analysis for vessel strength, stability, and safety

  • Ensure designs comply with classification society regulations (IRS, etc.)

  • Collaborate with teams to deliver projects as per industry standards

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Understanding of naval architecture principles and marine systems

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and classification standards

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work in teams and manage tasks effectively
