The Role:

We are looking for an Electrical Production Manager (R&D) to oversee electrical production processes, particularly in battery pack development and assembly.

This role involves end-to-end management of production, including planning, scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and team leadership to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

What we are looking for:

  • B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical production or battery systems

  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles

  • Experience in production planning and workflow management

  • Ability to lead teams and manage operations efficiently

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full production cycle from planning to completion

  • Develop and manage production schedules for optimal efficiency

  • Handle battery pack assembly, wiring, testing, and commissioning

  • Support design analysis and electrical evaluations

  • Coordinate with vendors and procurement for materials

  • Ensure compliance with electrical quality and safety standards

  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability

  • Lead, train, and monitor the electrical production team

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and electrical design tools

  • Experience in prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting

  • Understanding of DFM, DFA, and product development cycles

  • Knowledge of ISO, IEC, and electrical industry standards

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with advanced battery systems and manufacturing processes

  • Familiarity with new technologies and innovation practices

  • Exposure to patent research and emerging electrical solutions

Salary:

₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on qualifications and experience)
