Trainee HR Executive
The Role
The Trainee HR Executive will support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources by gaining hands-on experience in HR processes, documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
What we are looking for:
• MBA in Human Resources
• 0–1 year of experience in Human Resources or related roles
• Strong interest in building a career in HR
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Basic understanding of HR functions and employment laws is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record management
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRIS/HRMS data accurately
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and other day-to-day HR operations
• Support employee engagement, training, and welfare initiatives
• Prepare HR-related communications, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in basic HR compliance activities
• Collaborate with the HR team on administrative and operational tasks while learning HR best practices
