Business Development Executive
The Role
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and effectively closing deals. This role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to adapt to market trends. We are looking for male candidates with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience who are self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree (any discipline) is mandatory
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work both independently and in a team
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi is preferred
Male candidates preferred
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service
Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into successful sales
Ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Adapt sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive
Work independently to achieve sales targets while coordinating with the sales team and other departments
Address customer concerns with effective problem-solving skills
Make informed decisions to enhance the sales process

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
