Business Development Executive

The Role

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by building strong client relationships and closing deals effectively. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to understand client needs, provide solutions, and deliver results. While a background in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, candidates with strong sales skills and the ability to learn technical concepts quickly are encouraged to apply.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs
• Strong proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi is preferred
• Experience in government tender bidding is good to have (training will be provided)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service
• Utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals successfully
• Ensure customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
• Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Work independently to achieve sales targets while collaborating with the sales and engineering teams
• Address client requirements with effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable technical and business solutions

Job Details:

• Experience: 0–2 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
